About Me

Hi, I’m Natasha. I’m a British OCN-certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant, and the founder of Sleepy Cherubs.

I’m currently based in Singapore, but thanks to its strategic timezone, I’m able to support families all over the world. I’m also a proud mum of three- Arabella, Max, and Lily.

Becoming a mum for the first time, I quickly realised how overwhelming it was when my newborn wasn’t sleeping. After months of sleepless nights and with my return to work approaching, I knew something had to change. I needed my daughter to sleep-not just for her wellbeing, but so I could function as a working mum. That’s when I began exploring sleep training methods.

After successfully sleep training both my daughters and son, I experienced firsthand how life changing it could be. This inspired me to pursue my OCN certification in Infant Sleep Coaching with the Sleep Consultant Academy.

Now, I’m here to guide you through this challenging yet rewarding journey with personalised sleep solutions tailored to your child and your goals. I understand how essential sleep is-not just for your little one, but for your own wellbeing, energy, and peace of mind.

My approach is designed to fit seamlessly into family life and deliver results quickly. Most families see a noticeable improvement within just a few nights.
